**Job Summary:**
The Doctor's Technician will be responsible for assisting doctors in medical procedures, examinations, and patient care. This role involves preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace for medical staff. The Doctor's Technician will also be expected to interact with patients, take vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or training as a medical assistant is a plus
- Proven experience working in a medical setting, preferably as a medical assistant, nursing assistant, or similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and basic patient care practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients and medical staff
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare examination rooms for procedures, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring adequate supplies are available
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments as needed
- Take patient vital signs and record information accurately in medical charts
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of doctors or nurses
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and medical staff
- Follow all established protocols and procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and updating patient records
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Doctor's Technician, medical assistant, or similar role
- Understanding of medical procedures, terminology, and patient care practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Certification or training in medical assisting is a plus
