**Job Summary:**
As a Doctor's Technician at Stanton Optical, you will be the crucial link between the Clinical and Retail teams, providing exceptional customer service while supporting sales efforts and fostering collaboration between departments. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and Clinical Field Trainer to meet operational and clinical objectives under the guidance of the Clinical Operations Department.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**
*Physician Eyecare Group Clinical Duties:*
- Perform Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Digital Refraction, and Contact Lens care following PEG clinical standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervising PEG physicians for guidance on patient care.
- Enhance the patient's clinical experience and ensure proper clinical care is provided.
*Operational Duties:*
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and clinical metrics.
- Greet and assist patients, identify their needs, and promote products and services.
- Schedule appointments, resolve complaints, and maintain brand standards.
- Keep patient records secure and confidential in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
**Key Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport and work effectively in a team environment.
- Results-driven with the capacity to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive attitude.
